Ahmed Abdelrasheed Elsagheer is a Food Technologist with over 20 years of experience in Quality, Food Safety Management Systems, Consulting, and Professional Training. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and a Master's degree in Food Processing Technology from Cairo University.

Ahmed serves as the Training Operations & Consultation Manager at Guidance Consulting & Training (GTI) and its affiliated consulting offices, where he leads the development and delivery of internationally recognized training programs and consultancy services.

He is an approved HACCP, Food Safety, and HSE Tutor by Highfield UK, and a registered Lead Tutor for CQI-IRCA approved FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. He also has extensive experience in designing and developing specialized training materials tailored to the needs of various food industry sectors.

With more than 25,000 hours of training delivery, Ahmed has successfully trained over 28,000 professionals across the MENA region on a wide range of subjects, including BRCGS, FSSC 22000, Food Safety, HACCP, ISO Management Systems, Product Safety, Risk Management, and Advanced Quality Management methodologies.

As a consultant, Ahmed has successfully supported numerous organizations across the MENA region in designing, implementing, and improving their Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (OH&SMS), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS), helping them achieve compliance with international standards and drive continual improvement.
