Esther is active as Lead Auditor in GFSI audit schemes since 2014. She has an extensive background as quality manager and consultant and worked many years in the industry for a number of different product categories, including bakery. She works  as Product Manager BRCGS, Trainer and Lead Auditor.

Her language skills include German, Dutch and English.
