I am a senior Food Safety professional with 25 years of extensive industry, auditing, and training experience, specializing in the BRCGS Food Safety programme and International management system standards(ISO Standards). My education is Master of Science (M.Sc- Microbiology) and have published international papers during my PG Program.

I am presently associated with TÜV SÜD South Asia Pvt. Ltd. as Product Compliance Manager for BRCGS Standards, supporting compliance, competence development, and effective implementation of BRCGS requirements across organizations.

I come with over 25 years of experience which includes 16 years of experience within leading certification bodies, including TÜV SÜD South Asia (8+ years) and Bureau Veritas Certification Body (8 years), I have served as a Senior Lead Trainer and Lead Auditor for a wide range of food safety and management system standards, including BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

I am a Qualified Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT), authorized to deliver BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9.0 and Product Safety Management programs, with strong expertise in accelerated and adult learning methodologies, supported by highly interactive and facilitative training delivery. My training style is firmly competence‑based and outcome‑driven, ensuring participants clearly understand, apply, and retain BRCGS standards requirements & ISO standards requirements in real operational environments.

My training and auditing approach emphasizes:

  • Catering & Ready‑to‑Eat Foods – Kellogg’s Brown & Roots, Iraq

In addition to training and auditing, I have also worked as a Food Safety Management System Consultant for private firm in supporting organizations in implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of management systems.

Through my association with certification bodies, I have conducted numerous first‑party, second‑party, and third‑party audits against standards such as:

  • GMP and HACCP
  • ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000
  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
  • Organic standards
  • Customer and regulatory audits (Mondelez, McDonald’s, Yum!, FSSAI, etc.)

 

To date, I have:

  • Delivered over 1,000+ man‑days of classroom and virtual training, and
  • Conducted more than 2,000+ man‑days of audits in India and overseas.
