Hagan has nearly 30 years of experience in various Food Safety Management, Quality Assurance and Technical roles at the corporate and manufacturing site level. She has worked at a variety of food manufacturing facilities and at corporate level fast food supplier FS&Q management. Her product experience covers the manufacture of soups, sauces, dressings, seafood products, meat and poultry and other ready meal items. Hagan has also worked as Technical Scheme Manager for SCS Global Services and is currently BRCGS Certification Manager at AIB International. She has been a registered auditor for BRCGS since 2016 and SQF since 2011. In addition, she audits unaccredited standards such as Gluten-Free and START.
Hagan’s educational background includes BS in Biology and BS in Chemistry from Loyola University in New Orleans with a minor in Pre-Med, as well as ongoing courses for professional development in food safety.
