Sandra Nesom brings over 35 years of quality assurance experience in the food industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Alberta and is a trained auditor for many GFSI standards. Sandra worked extensively in industry until 2022, when she transitioned into consulting and training with Food Safety Solutions Inc. She has experience across diverse sectors including beef, poultry, fresh produce, beverages, bakery, and warehousing. Sandra understands the practical challenges of food safety program development and certification, and works closely with clients to build effective, compliant systems that support long-term success and continuous improvement.
