Omar is a Food Safety and Quality hands-on professional who has +15 years of experience and worked with multiple companies and industries across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He is currently based in the United Kingdom and holds the position of “Food Assurance Technical Manager” at SGS along with being an approved Lead & Witness Auditor, Technical Reviewer, and Tutor for various standards including BRCGS, FSSC, ISO 22000, and many more. Omar holds a “Bachelor of Veterinary Medical Sciences” from Cairo University, Egypt and also a “Master of Food Science and Innovation” from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.
