Since 2007, Ray has specialised in food safety, defence and fraud prevention. He has worked in quality roles, auditing, training and advisory projects supporting varied organizations, from small family-owned to multinational food businesses, intergovernmental organizations and regulators in New Zealand, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
With 13+ years of experience as a 1st, 2nd and 3rd party auditor, experience in regulatory and GFSI recognised certification programmes like BRCGS, FSSC22000 and SQF, over the years, he has designed and developed training materials and trained 3,750+ food professionals including 3rd party auditors.
