Alison is a graduate of Food Manufacture from Manchester Metropolitan University and has over 20 years’ experience within the food and packaging sectors. She has worked in senior technical management positions for f.m.c.g. Companies producing a range of independent branded and retailer branded goods as well as working in the food packaging (plastics) industry but is now a self-employed quality consultant, auditor and trainer. She works for a variety of clients at sites in the UK and in Europe and has a wealth of experience in: developing, implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems / BRCGS Certification; auditing at all levels including retailer standards; HACCP and training. Alison is competent in her field, backed by a variety of qualifications including RSPH HACCP L4 and IRCA Lead Auditor as well as being a BRCGS Approved Training Provider. You will find Alison to be a friendly, amicable and a social individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.
