Nominations are now open for the BRCGS Awards 2025 Americas region

We are delighted to announce that the BRCGS Awards 2025 for the Americas region will be presented at BRCGS Connect in Charlotte, North Carolina, in September 2025.

The BRCGS Awards aim to recognise the outstanding commitment, support and performance of individuals and organisations that contribute to the development of BRCGS certification and the wider industry.

How to make a nomination

Complete and submit the relevant nomination form below, along with the supporting evidence required, no later than 23:59 (BST) on 04 August 2025.

Nomination forms

 

Nominations will be accepted up to 23:59 (BST) on 04 August 2025. 

    • All nominations must be submitted in the requested format no later than 23:59 (BST) on 04 August 2025.
    • All nominations must include the required evidence as outlined in the nomination criteria. 
    • A complete nomination entry consists of the entry form submission, with all sections completed and evidence attached. 
    • Incomplete submissions or those that do not follow the submission rules will not be considered.

  • Entries will be scored based on overall content and the nominee’s demonstrated achievements in:

    • Contributing significantly to achieving the BRCGS mission.
    • Communicating the goals, mission and benefits of the BRCGS certification to all stakeholders.
    • Proving understanding and commitment to BRCGS certification.
    • Demonstrating an ongoing personal commitment to improving the awareness of food/product safety within the Americas region. 
    • All nominators and nominees must be affiliated with BRCGS certification. Examples of affiliation include, but are not limited to, registered auditors, consultants, approved training partners, licensed certification bodies and certificated suppliers.
    • Nominations must include the form submission with all sections completed, and the associated evidence attached. Only fully complete entries will be considered.
    • Narratives must be 1,000 words or less.
    • Nominators must obtain permission from the nominee prior to submitting a nomination.
    • Self-nominations will be accepted.
    • Specific evidence and supporting documentation must be included for all comments and accolades detailed by the nominator. These materials will not be returned to you. Videos will be accepted.
    • Entries will be scored and judged by a panel. The panel’s decision is final, and no appeals will be considered.
    • Finalists will be notified week commencing 01 September 2025.
    • By submitting an entry, the nominee agrees to BRCGS and/or the judging panel investigating their reputation within the industry. This may be in the form of requesting references.
    • All finalists must have representation available to attend the awards ceremony during BRCGS Connect Americas 2025.
    • All award finalists in each category will be honored during the awards ceremony taking place during the BRCGS Connect Americas 2025 conference.
    • There will be one winner for each category that will be invited on to the stage to be presented with a physical award.
    • All winners will receive one complimentary registration to attend a future BRCGS Connect conference. 
    • All winners have the opportunity to participate in a spotlight feature on BRCGS social media channels. 
    • Free e-Learning (courses to be determined by BRCGS).
