We have now published our 2020 Performance Enhancement Report ‘Setting new standards in training’. The impact of the pandemic presented new challenges in 2020 that affected both our personal and professional lives. This report takes a look at how BRCGS responded to these challenges to successfully continue to support businesses and deliver high quality training and events globally. Dialling up the amount of virtual learning we provide has been key, and virtual events have also played a bigger part in our work than ever before.
