Barry Meikle, BRCGS Technical Manager for our Free-From Standards, was recently invited by Sue Jennett, host of ‘A Canadian Celiac Podcast’ to participate in two podcasts to talk about the BRCGS Gluten-Free Certification Programme. As a highly active and visible association, the Canadian Celiac Association (CCA) is mentioned throughout. The CCA supports celiacs and those with intolerance in the Canadian market and BRCGS certificated manufacturers are able to use the CCA trademark on products destined for sale in Canada.
