Jessica joined the company in 2016. She is an ACCA qualified account and manages the company's finances. She provides regular reports on performance and results. Prior to joining BRCGS, Jessica was Group Financial Controller for both the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and BRC Global Standards. She also worked for SAI Global.
Angela O'DonovanHead of Programmes
Angela joined the company in 2021 and is responsible for all 10 BRCGS Standards. She has over 30 years experience in technical, quality assurance and safety roles in both food and non-food sectors. She previously worked for Whitbread, Woolworths, Mothercare, Wessanen and Bidfood managing global supply chain assurance up to £2billion in sales.
Karen BettsHead of Certification Integrity
Since joining the company in 2007, Karen has been involved in developing a number of Standards including Food issue 5, the first Standard to introduce protocols for unannounced audits. Since then she has pioneered the evolution of BRCGS integrity programme working closely with delivery partners to ensure our Standards remain trusted and best in class.
