As Coronavirus continues to have a significant impact on all aspects of business and people’s lives, the BRCGS Academy team is working on solutions that not only support our training partners and those that wish to take training now but also are feasible longer term.

BRCGS Training Impacted by Covid-19

We are reviewing concession applications to enable Approved Training Partners located in the regions with government-imposed travel restrictions due to Covid-19 or affected by corporate policies preventing visitors to deliver courses virtually.

In order to maintain quality of delivery, such concessions are approved on a course by course basis and providing that:

  • Courses are delivered via an appropriate platform that enables, audio, polling and functionality as a very basic requirement
  • Customers are informed that the course material was originally designed for face to face delivery and not for the virtual setting.

Virtual Training update from BRCGS

In the course of past few months, BRCGS have been working closely with the experts at LPI (Learning Performance Institute) to help us convert our traditional classroom-based content into a format suitable for Virtual Training to be utilised by our customers and Training Partners.

I am pleased to say we are now ready to invite our existing Approved Training Partner (ATP) network to apply to be an Approved Virtual Trainer. Those who are approved will receive our converted material as it is released as well as a new logo (see below).

We will keep this page up to date with the list of courses we which have been fully converted and we will also feature the ATPs we have approved to deliver courses in this manner.

Due to the latest developments in public health we certainly recognise the need for virtual training solutions and will provide as much assistance as possible to our Partners and clients whilst ensuring we maintain quality and consistency in our training content.

If you need any assistance please let us know how we can help by emailing us at training@brcgs.com

Kind regards,
