Having studied Microbiology at the Trinity College Dublin and completed a MSc in Food Science and Business at University College Dublin, Seamus holds qualifications specific to food technology such as being a qualified auditor for the new BRCGS V9 food standard & is HACCP certified, with a history of achievement in the food industry for many years.

He can assist you with all matters relating to food technology and product development from inception to getting the product listed with customers, by guiding your business through their complex requirements and attaining accreditation such as BRCGS Food and BRCGS Agents and Brokers.
