The BRCGS Start! for Sites course is designed to instruct participants on how to effectively implement both basic and intermediate levels of the BRCGS Start! Programme.

This course serves as an essential resource for sites seeking to achieve compliance with the BRCGS Start! Programme requirements to ensure the safety and quality of their products.

The online training is highly interactive and includes various activities and scenarios to help participants understand the requirements and expected food safety, quality, regulatory and authenticity obligations.

By the end of the course, participants should have the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully implement the BRCGS Start! Programme requirements within their business.

In preparation for the course, it is recommended that participants read and review a copy of the BRCGS Start! Programme Standard. A free copy is available for download from the BRCGS Store.
