Jennylynd James



Dr. Jennylynd James is a food safety and quality assurance expert, with over 25 years’ global experience in food processing and the fresh produce industry.  She earned a Ph.D. in Food Science at McGill University, and has worked for multinationals in the United States, Ireland, Canada and the Caribbean. She provides consulting services in food safety and quality management systems and staff training and has conducted more than 100 food safety audits as a certified auditor, ensuring compliance to international food safety standards. Dr. James is passionate about the need for food safety as a critical part of the food security strategy in developing countries.
