Valeria Hidalgo is from Argentina. She graduated as a food technologist and technician from the Catholic University of Cuyo. She has more than 16 years of experience in the food industry, working in biscuits industry (10 years); in catering services companies (3 years); developing and implementing food safety management systems in the food industry. She started her career as lead auditor in SGS Argentina in 2014, where she currently works as Technical Coordinator; lead auditor and witness auditor of BRCGS Standard for Food and Packaging and trainer in quality and safety programs for BRCGS Standard for Food.
