Ronnie is a technical management professional with 18+ years of experience. Over this time she has worked across a diverse portfolio ranging from new product development, Quality Assurance, management systems implementation, Auditing, learning facilitation, business growth and profitability.

She has worked with SAI GLOBAL’s operations in India and Australia for 12 years as a Food Safety and Quality Management System auditor, Client Manager, Business head and a lead facilitator. She has delivered a wide portfolio of Quality, Auditing, Food Safety and risk management training programs across Asia, Australia, Middle East and New Zealand.

She is a qualified training facilitator with a certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Previously she has worked in the areas of Production, Quality Assurance, Product development and Supply Chain Management in the Food Industry. Here she has been instrumental in driving and implementing Quality and Food Safety management systems. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture and Masters in Food Technology. As a learning facilitator, she believes in keeping her knowledge current and relevant in the field of Quality, food safety, risk and management disciplines through ongoing professional development.

Her managerial experience and technical background enables her to move easily between strategic and operational thinking.

Ronnie is currently working as a Freelance Training Facilitator based in Sydney. She has been associated with BRCGS as an ATP (Approved Training Partner) since 2007. She is approved to deliver courses to the BRCGS Standard for Food Safety.
