Sara Balseca Macías is an Ecuadorian biologist with a Master degree in Renewable Natural Resources Management.
She has an extensive experience in the field of shrimp aquaculture having worked in the sector for more than 25 years.
Sara was involved in development of a laboratory project for shrimp larvae and microalgae in Egypt, Sinai Shrimp 21, and shrimp hatcheries in Ecuador.
She has worked as an auditor and official trainer at GLOBALG.A.P. Aquaculture and Compound Feed for more than 10 years.
In addition she also has been a BRC Auditor and Trainer v 5, 6 and 7.
Sara carried out second and third party audits in Central and South America.
