Goranka is an experienced industry consultant and is highly regarded by all clients and government authorities in Canada and USA. She is experienced in providing training as well as working with Food Safety team members to design and implementing effective Food safety and Quality management programs that meet the requirements of the GFSI standards. In addition, Goranka is an experienced trainer on all aspects of food safety and quality and is trained as a Certified HACCP Manager, and a certified auditor & trainer for other GFSI Standards and a Lead instructor for HACCP courses with the International HACCP Alliance and FDA Food Safety Preventive Control with FSPA Alliance. Global Certification Bodies utilize Goranka’s expertise in developing training courses. She is a designated Certified HACCP Manager, and GFSI Consultant and Auditor. Goranka is also a Lead Instructor for HACCP courses with the International HACCP Alliance and FDA Food Safety Preventative Control with FSPC Alliance. Some of the highlights of her career include the implementation of the BRCGS Standard for Food Safety for leading food companies in Canada and USA, recognition of her client for The Best use of the BRCGS Standards to drive changes on BRC Food Safety Americas 2016, working closely with the largest global Certification Bodies on training delivery and training course development. Goranka also delivering the FDA FSPC Training for BRCGS exclusively. Goranka has extensive experience in high & low risk manufacturing facilities for both human and animal food. She also has extensive experience with assisting facilities in the development of their food safety management programs. Finally Goranka is familiar with all new compliance requirements regarding new Canadian & US legislation and the GAPs between GFSI and FSMA for those products which are being imported into the US.
