Silvana is a Food Safety Expert with 15 years of experience in auditing, business development and training within a certification body.
She is graduated in Chemistry and she attended a Master in “Control and Quality of Agroindustry Food Products" at Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna (Pisa).
Since 2003 she is working by a Certification Body with the role of auditor, trainer and developing the food sector business.
As an auditor she is qualified for BRCGS Food, BRCGS Agents & Broker, ASDA AA Protocol, IFS Food, IFS Logistic, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 22005, ISO 9001 etc and she performed more than 1000 audit days so far.
As a trainer she delivered training courses on Food Safety and Quality issues.
She is Lead Instructor Trainer for FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food.
